*Spa Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

We request all appointments cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment time or a late cancellation fee may occur. Future appointments cannot be accepted until the fee has been paid per management.
*No Show Policy

15+ minutes past scheduled appointment times with a no show will incur a fee for 50% of the scheduled service(s) & or a $30 fee for consultations. Future appointments cannot be accepted until the fee has been paid. If using a certificate of any kind, fees may be deducted as a form of payment.

Please be courteous of our technician's time and simply give us a call as soon as possible if any changes need to be made to your appointment or if you have any questions.
